As a part of "distributing food baskets" campaign, and after prior coordination with the NGO Department in Kurdistan, CHF Vitas Iraq distributed 300 food baskets to families in needs in Erbil Governorate in line with its humanitarian mission towards widows and orphans. Our team targeted needy families in Soran District, Rawanduz District and Shoman District to distribute the food basket. Families were thankful for the initiative taken by CHF Vitas Iraq and the continuous humanitarian work it provides.
Vitas Iraq Partners with GIZ to Drive Financial Inclusion and Economic Growth

Vitas Iraq signed an agreement with GIZ under the Innovation for Financial Inclusion program, which is dedicated to expanding access to financial services and creating innovative solutions for more communities. The program’s vital role is in driving sustainable economic growth and expanding financial opportunities for individuals and businesses. Key representatives from the Central Bank of Iraq, the EU, the German Embassy, and top financial institutions attended the event. Partnership with WFP to Empower Women’s Projects in Iraq

We proudly announce the launch of a strategic partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP) aimed at supporting women's projects in Iraq. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to enhancing women's capacities and supporting them in various fields to achieve sustainable development and equality. Women's projects play a vital role in boosting local economies and providing income for their families. Therefore, supporting these projects is an investment in a better future for them and their families. Through this partnership, women will have access to funding with simplified procedures to enhance and develop their projects. We are excited to embark on this joint journey and look forward to achieving positive and tangible results for women in Iraq.

CHF VITAS Iraq has initiated a humanitarian activity to support people with disabilities by providing equipment and specialized training workshops at Yarmouk Institute in Baghdad, which includes tools and equipment to help them develop a skill that enables them to enter the job market.
Supporting the security sector and the service sector in Basra Governorate and Mudaina District

CHF Vitas Iraq has supported the security sector (Police Command in Basra Governorate) and the educational sector (Education Directorate in Mudaina District) by providing them with library supplies (laptops and printers). This initiative was well received by these parties, they thanked the institution for this support and for its high sense of responsibility towards the various segments of society.
